Ok so a while ago I saw a youtube video called "Table for two"
it started with a woman soles upward in a set of stocks that were decorated to look like a dining table with a plate around her soles. this mystery tickler takes a fork (or a pointy object i think) and starts to randomly poke various ticklish spots on the womans helpless feet as she gasps and giggles in the background

I think it was on here too 🙁
