Wills followed Breckenridge up to the Pent House to meet with the Consortium of 9, Owners of Grinnville. "You're lucky. These guys are tough.. except when tickling is concerned... and they like how ticklish you are!" Wills smiled. "I'm sure they do. Can you tell me what this interview is like?" Breckenridge smiled as he thought of his own interview. "Yes..but I won't. I will tell you.. They can be bargained with.. if that's what they want to do."
Wills nodded his head as the elevator came to a stop. The doors opened and the two men walked out onto a plush carpeted entry hall.
They were met by two other valets who whispered into Breckenridge's ear. He laughed and shook his head. Then told Wills to go with the other two for preparation. He followed between the two valets and entered a large, white room. The room was sparse except for a chair, towels and a silk wrap around robe and slippers. Wills was instructed to shower and change into the robe... and wait until he is called.
Wills showered and couldn't;t help but notice how oily the soap was. Then his skin began tingling. He wriggled a bit .. then giggled as he continued to wash and rinse. After toweling down, he put on the robe and sat and waited.
There was a knock at the door. Two valets in white three piece suits came and brought Wills down to the meeting room. While they walked, Wills could hear giggling coming from some of the other rooms. He shivered and kept walking to the room. The door opened and he was brought before the Consortium of 9. Wills was surprised to see Eve there.
Will sat down at the table and waited. A Tall, bearded man , dressed impeccably introduced the 9, then spoke.
"So you want to join out little town. Before we can approve you, there are some things you need to know. We already did a back ground check on you, so we know you aren't trouble maker. Tell us why you want to live and work in Grinnville."
Wills swallowed hard and thought before he spoke that this was harder than his college entrance interview!. So Wills told the Consortium his intentions. They listened intently. When Wills was finished, the the man spoke again. "We like what you've said, but there is a small test you must agree to. It's an important part of how we manage Grinnville. So I will ask you to agree to the ticklishness testing."
Wills smiled. 'Yes I know all bout how you use tickling to keep the town trouble free. I'll save you the trouble.. I am insanely ticklish.!"
Eve spoke to the others. "Yes .. I can attest to how ticklish he is. I tickled him at the diner and he flipped out." The man spoke.. "Yes ..but I want to conduct the test to see how ticklish he really is.
With that, Wills was taken from the meeting room to a room with a small chair with high back and wrists cuffs. There were stocks in from of the chair. The man dong most of the talking was Master of the Consortium. "Set him in place and we will all have out turn tickling him!
"Wait.." Wills cried out. "I want to make a proposal. I wan want to be able to tickle one of you as you will be able to freely tickle me! I want to tickle the most ticklish of all of you!" the Master and the rest talked together then agreed.
"We like your proposal. There are two with equal ticklishness . You may have both for a longer tickling of you." Wills nodded. "Yes.. Now tell me.. who are the two most ticklish of your group?
The Master smiled... "First your ticklishness test...! I am anxious to see how ticklish you are!
Strip him and place him in the Tickling chair!!"
Two valets stripped off the robe and strapped a naked Wills into the chair. His arms were pulled up and slipped into the restraints over his head. His legs were puled staring out in front of him, his ticklish bare feet locked in stocks.
Wills began breathing hard as the first of the nine came up to him. A devilish looking man, whose fingertips were pointed slipped his hands into Will's underarms and began tickling with abandon. Wills began giggling and thrashing in then chair as he felt the fingertips teasing and tickling his tender armpits. After 15 minutes which seem like an eternity, The Master straddled Wills in the chair and began tickling up his ribs and then down to is lower sides. Wills bucked and struggled as The Master kept tickling him. As the Master tickled him, he could feel how aroused Wills was getting. Each member took their turn. Then eve's turn came. Wills knew she knew his most ticklish places. She whispered in his ear then began tickling up his inner thighs. Wills giggled loudly and wriggled to try and avoid the feathers. Wills arched his exhausted body then slammed it down into the chair. His giggles turned hysterical as his feet were continuously tickled. Finally, the tickling stopped and he was released from the chair. Once recovered, he put the robe back on and joined the group at the tab table.
The Master smiled and welcomed him to Grinnville. Wills smiled devilishly. "Now you've all had at me ! It's my turn! We had a agreement. Which two of you are the most ticklish? Eve slid next to him and whispered in his ear, "Guess!" and tickled his sides playfully. Wills looked around the table and smiled.. "Eve.. and the Master!
The Master was pleased that Wills had chosen correctly as he was attracted to Wills and looked forward to tickling him again. Eve smiled and walked out of the room with the others. The two valets escorted Wills back to the room to get dressed.
While he was dressing, there was a knock on the door. "Come in!" called out Wills. He could smell a light fragrance and smiled. "Eve. How did I know I would be getting another visit from you? She slipped in behind him and put her hands around is sides. He jumped as if startled and then turned around. Wills slid his hands over Eve's and slid them up over her head. He pushed her gently against the wall and tie her wrists to the ring above.
He tied her legs securely. Then began unbuttoning her blouse slowly. Eve look at him. "What are you going to do?" Wills laughed as he continued unbuttoning her blouse and exposing her tender , ticklish breasts and tummy. "Now it's my turn to do some tickling! You know how ticklish I am not I want to know how ticklish you are!!
