talk tickling to local folks or distance isn;t issue?

I have wondered how others in the tickling community base
whether they will talk tickling to a new person.Which would
you rather choose?

1. Tickler,Lee that lives far away but has capability to travel
to meet in person someday?

2. Tickler,Lee that lives far away that you *know* you will
never meet but still wish to talk tickling,correspond with them?

3. Local tickler,lee that you question the intentions whether
they are *truly* into tickling as much as yourself?

4. Local,or long distance doesn't matter,I will still talk
to them?.
