TC Video come here, iv got a bone to pick with you

i tryed to email customer service, but i got a stupid automatic response or w/e, which wasnt helpful. i downloaded TC 5085, and when i started to watch the clip it goes 7 seconds into it, then the sound and picture freeze but the play meter keeps moving. wtf is with that?

Before doing anything else, try playing it a couple of times to see if it happens every time at the same place. If it does, check that you have the complete download (requisite number of mbs). If not, try downloading the thing again, as there was maybe a hitch while downloading. I have never known one of their clips to be actally faulty.

If the above all fail, then try them again, or go to the TC Video page on TMF.
