Teen Girls Arrested for Serving Poisoned Cake

"Two 13-year-old girls at a middle school in Georgia were arrested after giving slices of poisoned cake to their fellow students. 11 students had to be taken to the hospital for treatment after they began to vomit and became ill. The cake was found to contain bleach, an expired narcotic, clay and Tabasco sauce. The girls claimed it was a prank and said they didn't want to harm anyone. Both were charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault with intent to commit murder and are being held at a juvenile detention center."

My personal opinion is that these girls will lose their case. Bleach and an expired narcotic don't really make for a great prank, unless you happen to think that the human race is a joke. They couldn't have been that cynical!

I've posted similar "acts" in this forum before. Here in Ontario canada, we've had several nutjobs doing worse. Razorblades embedded in wooden blocks and burried just under the sand at the beach,
brocken glass on monkey bars held on with silicone,
Nails hammered from the bottom of park benches,
and box cutter blades in children's sandboxes.
Seems this world is reaching a new level of insanity.

What a lot of it boils down to is that the human race is not, never has been and never will be civilized. 2000 years from now our desendents can easily look back and call us barbaric when they themselves are guilty of similar behavior. Because we hide our barbarism and are more subtle about it we delude our selves with self rightous thoughts that we are above our "savage" ancestors but, the fact of the matter is that we are just as bad and in some ways worse just as our offspring will most likely have even lesser of a conscience than we. HDS is right you know. This race is doomed. We will destroy ourselves in the end. Good ridance too. The universe is better off without us. Imagine if we continued to servive. Every other planet in the galaxy and eventually neighboring galaxies would be invaded and corrupted with human filth. There would be no end to our reign of terror and a great many intelligent life-forms would be slaughtered, raped and inslaved. Man is a disease. One that should be exterminated. The day the asteroid hits... I can't wait!

know matter the amount of intelligence we have, we still have our animalistic side, which combined with intelligence, is lethal. sooner or later, we will kill everyone and everything, most likely my nuking the hell outta each other, thus making the earth poisoned and barren for thousands of years, thus repeating the cycle all over again.

As with all civilizations in the past, such as Rome...I believe once we reach a critical mass or the apex of how far up we can go, we eventually head back down and destroy ourselves. Look at how many "advanced" civilizations in the past are no more.
Be careful ticklekiller....don't wanna be on the wrong side if this is indeed the end.
Anyways...I believe we've already reached this apex. Our animalistic behavior, coupled with our technology have made a nasty coctail of destruction.
Worst thing of all is...we can't stop this trend.
