(I'm taking a chance posting something serious- I gave up another tickling Forum because of all the "snarky" responses to anything serious. I will report crass, rude, insensitive responses to the moderators)
This is serious. Since about August something has put a damper on my foot-fetish. 4 simple words that can change the whole universe: I found a lump...
It took forever to get it checked out, but I have a lump on my foot of all places. I can talk about it now because Dr's are almost sure it's harmless (unless it should become infected) one more test should show for sure it's not something malignant. But since discovering it....do you know how terrible this is for a foot/tickling fetishist?
Though not open about them with friends and family, I am certainly no apologist for my weird fetishes- I view lust/desire as one of the key things which keeps the human soul alive, it certainly kept mine alive during some dark. dehumanizing stretches.... Have no doubt, a healthy fetish is a positive force in your life to be cherished.
It's been very difficult to get aroused at all for several months, cause I'm reminded of that lump. It's like seeing the thing that might kill you someday, or which may have already killed you but you just don't feel it yet. Right there strategically placed so that some of my favorite things on Earth (ie womens' feet) would serve only to remind me of this little potential-death. It was enough to stifle my fetishes- I never thought anything could do that. But now I know...
It's been a struggle to not let it kill my sex drive entirely, something else I never thought could happen. I haven't felt old like this in a dozen years or more (age and time are very subjective things with me)
Guess I'm posting this cause I still care about informing the "community". People have often wondered if their desires can change or fade away on their own- maybe with advanced age and hormone changes they can. Other than that, it takes something pretty serious to stifle a fetish.
