Skidmarks, evidently. I imagine they were operating under the presumption that the culprit didn't have time to properly wipe his or her ass. Or perhaps they assumed that anybody who would drop trou and shit on the floor couldn't possibly have the hygienic sense to subsequently clean themselves.

Pretty weak supposition any way you look at it.

I really don't think that's legal. If I were a parent of one of those kids, I'd be filing a lawsuit too. That sounds terrible to subject your children to such a think, I think it's a violation of their rights, somehow.
