TFTA Issue #23 has shipped today {12/19/01] for all MTJ Publishing direct customers. Retail stores will not ship until the 21st so don't expect them to be on the rack until late next week.
Here is a sample of the cover and a story illustration. Both pieces of art are by popular new TFTA artist "ShanE".

Two prisoners were in the punishment room now. One was a petite brunette, and not only her ankles were locked into the stocks but also her wrists and neck. She was completely immobilized as two guards tickled her feet, one using a toothbrush, the other a fluffy white feather. She laughed and laughed, and pulled desperately at her bonds. The other prisoner was a lean, muscular blonde; only her ankles were restrained, and her big toes tied together. She tugged at her own hair and bit her lower lip to try to keep from laughing as a guard, the cinnamon-haired one who had escorted June to her cell, tickled her feet with her fingernails. It was obvious from the looks on the guards' faces that they enjoyed their work very much.
