a while back there was a decent discussion on using NeverWinter Nights or something similar to create an online tickling world. well, I have't tried NWN but I don't think it would work so good.

Well of Souls is a fairly decent "ORPG" engine that allows you to construct your own worlds. It's easy enough for novices to get something functioning right away, and fairly deep enough for someone who knows their stuff to make a great world. plus, it's free. can't get better than that.
I *may* decide to do a world of my own; I am currently building one but it's Star Wars-related, not tickle-related. I may start another that *is* though. but don't wait for me... if you really want to get cracking on it, download WoS and get to it. I'm pretty good at the WoS engine so if you have any questions you can pester me about 'em.
