Yes, he was monumentally stupid.
Nevertheless, she should be charged with 32 counts of aggravated battery. If I were the judge, I would give her 32 consecutive prison sentences. That would also be hilarious.
No reason she shouldn't be allowed to be the prison's dentist, as long as a third party is always present.

She's a rare anomoly at best. Think about it. This woman no doubt worked hard for years to get through college and dental school, and to jump through whatever subsequent hoops are required for a DDS license. Her boyfriend breaks up with her. She's in her mid-thirties. How many people that age have never dealt with a break-up? It's not like he murdered somebody. Yet she is so traumatized by the breakup, she not only throws away everything she's worked so hard to achieve, but guarantees herself prison time.
I strongly suspect that if the genders were reversed, and the scenario you describe took place, most people would not be blaming the action on her stupidity, but would throw the entirety of the blame on his shoulders, where it belongs. Most would not find it as "hilarious" as the OP seems to find this incident.
Well I'm okay with that. I don't know what's in her mind either. I'm just asking if you think this kind of thing is common-place enough that only a stupid man wouldn't anticipate it. That doesn't really require any clairvoyance, now does it?
Well evidently, she was okay with it as well. If she wasn't, she certainly could have just cancelled his appointment and told him where to stick it.
Well that goes without saying. If your going to talk about absolutes, nobody can guarantee that tomorrow they won't go crazy and kill somebody. That doesn't mean we should lock ourselves up "just in case."
