The 30 second posting delay....

To any of the moderators and/or TickleTheater...

Is there any way to shorten the 30 second posting delay for posting material? It is very difficult to continue a *wonderflood* of good material with a delay....

You think 30 sec. is bad? You should try the TMF's 1 min delay, then you'll think this is heaven.😉

The thing about the delays, I believe they are tied into Bandwidth. The more people post, the more bandwidth is used up. This is why the TMF's is at 1 min, while the Theater's is at 30 sec, because they get about 20 times as many posts per day as the theater. It helps keep costs down, and raising or lowering it is the Webmasters decision, based on how much people post. If we got as many posts here as at the TMF, I'm sure it might have to be raised here as well.
