The Adventures of Silke Arches ~ Professor Lamprey

Somewhere off the coast of Rio, Brazil, beneath a seething volcanic island, lies the undersea laboratories of the evil Professor Gil Lamprey. Silke Arches, the worlds most famous fetish spy, has been assigned to investigate and destroy Professor Lamprey's fiendish genetic experiments and his mad plot to mutate the world's population into water-breathing slaves.

But Silke is captured by the henchmen of Agency Orange and she is forced to become the unwilling latest victim in Professor Lamprey's madness. Injected with Ichthymorphosis Serum and chained in a brine tank, the twisted scientist encourages Silke's budding gills to work for oxygen as she laughs and screams… tickle torturing her helpless feet.

And you definitely nail that old school spy story feel, fantastic settings and plots, action, peril, eroticism, and the perfect heroine. Oh I found the program I wanted a whole back. I just have not moved on it yet.
