The Agencies: Issue One
Well, Agency Publishing is back to offer its second release in the tickling comic arena. We've received quite a bit of feedback from the first release of the Cyriaan Chronicles: Issue One, and I think we're headed in the right direction, in terms of delivering a product that people like.
This is the main comic universe that we're going to be focusing on. It's a futuristic super spy comic, and the characters in these books usually will appear in future editions, as well.
This issue has a tickling rating of 31. The tickling rating is an objective rating that we're going to put on all our issues from here on out. It's simply a ratio of tickling panels to total panels. To give you an idea of comparison, The Cyriaan Chronicles: Issue One has a tickling rating of 8. That means, for every 100 panels in the book, there are about 8 that feature tickling. So in this book, about 31% is tickling. Not quite four times as much as our first release, but close. In time, we will explore varying levels of tickling, but I "think" we'd like to aim for the 25-35 range. But nothing's set in stone 😀
This is also the first edition that features a color cover. Doing all color interiors is a possibility for the future, but for now we're just sticking with colored covers. I think it makes the overall presenation a bit more impressive.
This script was written by Tee Hee Lawrence, who is also known around these parts by Capt.Spalding. He's written some amazing pieces of tickling art in the past, and this comic is no exception. Paired with Tim Rocks, this book really has a nostalgic feel to it. It is not a dark and brooding post-apocalyptic story. But rather one filled with whimsy, intelligence, and grace.
I'll release more about the book as the weeks go on. Just wanted to announce that it will release on July 31st, 2002, and we are taking preorders until that point.

Agent Succubus and Agent Peepers are two super spies on a mission for their agency. Their target is a list of double agents that found its way into an old abandoned building.
What they don't realize is the insidious Madame Stiletto and Professor Schwarz are both waiting for them inside. These two villains are attempting to break into the Agency's weapon vault.
But to break in, the two villains need an access code and a disguise. The evil genius Professor Schwarz has a diabolical plan to gain entry: what better disguise then to look like the agents themselves?
Will these two nefarious numbskulls be able to get past the beautiful Doctor Chang?
Can Peepers and Succubus escape from their ticklish situation in time?
Can anyone stop these villains?
