A plastic surgeon who does work for a crime cartel has gotten greedy. He's asking for more money, and suggested that he knows a lot of sensitive information that law enforcement agencies would want to know. A big mistake. The cartel doesn't respond well to threats. They have dispatched one of their best assassins, a latina hit woman, who has disposed of numerous cartel "problems." She locates the doctor's safe house, and confronts him. But before she can take out her mark, the doctor is able to incapacitate the assassin with a hidden air duct of laughing gas. Soon the tough hit woman is a giggling girl, unable to take her job or anything else seriously. The assassin at his mercy, the doctor decides to question her to find out what she knows. Strapped down, he proceeds to use a method the tough girl is unsuspecting. She may be trained to withstand any number of vile torture methods, but the delicate touch of the tickle is something even a hard boiled hit woman is no match for. Roaming with fingers and electric toothbrush, the doctor turns the tough girl assassin into a gibbering little girl, who begs and pleads for mercy. Close to breaking her, he send the hit woman over the edge when he turns the hard tickling into a soft ticklegasm, that plunges the woman over the edge of sanity. Satisfied that he has gotten everything out of her. It's time to make his escape. His Hippocratic oath won't allow him to kill the woman, but he needs to keep her busy. So, a hook up to a tank of giggle gas should keep this hit woman in a hazy fog of giggling delight while he makes his escape.
