Hannah b on the bachelorette gets tickled on a date with Jed in Boston. They were playing basketball with Celtics players and when she was guarding her date Jed, she put her arms up and he tickled her.
This is episode 4 of this season about 15 min into the episode.
 
There was another tickle scene on the part 2 finale of the Bachelorette. It is of her and Jed again, and they were showing videos of them during their time off the show and she was explaining how they "play stupid games" and they show her sitting on his lap squealing with her hands over her face as he is tickling her. It is at 29 minutes on S15 E13 Season Finale, Part 2.
