So, question -- the final bonus boss (the witch in the cave) just wipes out my entire team in 3 rounds max no matter how much I level up. Is there something I'm missing or do I just need to git gud?

Okay i'm trying to add a save file to this but I have no idea how to access the save files to change one.
I have an existing save file i'm trying to add into the game since my files were somehow deleted.
The the game however is just the exe and I don't know how to open the game files so i can add this save.
Can someone please help me with this?

Even though it's just an executable file, there should be a saved games folder automatically created when you run the game. Then you can alter as you wish.

The first ever expansion to the popular tickling fetish video game "The Cyriaan Chronicles" has completed its alpha testing stage, and entered into its beta testing today!
A tickling fetish video game? What is that?
The Cyriaan Chronicles is a tickle fetish computer role playing game (CRPG).
The inspiration for this game comes from older computer RPGs like Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Breath of Fire, Dragon Warrior and others where you start with a hero in a swords & sorcery world, and battle foul monsters and evil villains.
Although this is a CRPG, it is written by a tickle fetishist, with other tickle fetishists in mind as the primary player base. The game will contain several tickle torture scenes, as well as playful tickling amongst the characters.
Didn't this game come out a while ago?
The Cyriaan Chronicles released two years ago, at the end of 2022. This is the game's first expansion that set to release early 2025!

There's a brand new zone to explore, full of new quests, NPCs, tickling scenes, and character exploration.
There's a brand new playable character! She was a support character to the party, but after going through a story arc, will be available to add to your already potent party. For the first time, players will be able to tailor their party to the characters of their choice! The new playable character will also have two paths to follow like everyone else, with unique and awesome new abilities.
Lucia has a voice! For the first time ever, our amazing protagonist will gain her voice from a new, talented voice actress!
The quest log is now live in the game! A popular request from players, both the main story quest and the side quests will have their own quests you can track. No more forgetting where you left off in the game, or getting lost in the Whitelands, wandering what to do next.
I've added more animated enemies to the game, as well as cut scene tweaks to improve the enjoyment of these aspect of the game.
