...and, as such, I feel I ought to chime in with a casual list of oddities that constantly grip at my fragile, addled brain. Among them:

1) I wonder why "abbreviated" is such a long word
2) I wonder why, if the game is called "tennis," you can't score ten
3) I wonder, wonder, who, ba-doo-ooh-who (bomp), who wrote the Book of Love? (shugga-boom, shugga-boom, shugga-boom)
4) I wonder why America does NOT recognize the preposterous irony of David Hasselhoff being a judge of talent
5) I wonder how truly horrific a sadistic crime wave would result if the same guy that invented flea powder turned his attention to making baby powder
6) I wonder where the Hell my left bedroom slipper is
7) I wonder how many stars General Discussion has on his uniform lapel
8) I wonder why I adore tickling ladies so much, then stop and realize I don't particularly CARE why
9) I wonder why this absurdly-developed, high-falutin' technologically advanced nation of ours can send an unmanned spacecraft to orbit Planet Whogivesacrap way out in the middle of Nowhere Space, yet can't seem to develop more than two or three brands of decent-tasting beer
10) I wonder why I can't think of enough things to make this a full "Top Ten" list
