Hmmm. A toss up to be sure.
On one hand, Hillary has really cute feet and a great smile.
On the other, I know for a fact(and so do those that had seen the Hillary Duff video diary) that Haylie is incredibly ticklish on her feet.

Neither of them do anything for me so neither one.
Ya know, two days ago I wouldn't have given a crap about either one of them but after watching Napoleon Dynamite on Comedy Central this weekend and seeing Hayley Duff in her stocking-clad feet (during the Happy Hands Team skit) I would love to give her a good tickling

hillary for me - i love her feet and watching her nervously recieve that pedicure makes me wanna know so bad if her feet are ticklish. having said that i would wanna tickle her sides, tummy and underarms as well!!
