The exam results are in...

Many of you know that in October I took the Oncology Pharmacy Specialty board exam. It is 200 multiple choice exam offered once a year. This was my 5th attempt to pass it. The last time I took it (2 years ago), I missed it by 6 questions.

Today I finally got the results. Passing score this year was 137. My score was.............................................................................................
146!

After 6 long years, I finally passed the exam. Now I am kyhawkeye, PharmD (my degree=Doctor of Pharmacy), BCOP (Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist). What it means is that I am now recognized internationally as a specialist in my profession (plus able to get a mice pay increase as well!). Passing this exam has been a goal of mine for nearly ten years. I'm still having trouble believing that it has finally happened!
