".....Of all the souls that suffer in Hell, his Torment is said to be without equal. A prominent Banker in the late 1700's, he came to America from Britain to take advantage of the commoners and poor, charging the local farmers and townspeople outrageous fees for loans, and demanding wives submit to his sick , twisted tickling fantasies or watch their husbands sent to debtors prison when they could not pay. One evening, knowing her fate, a young farmer's wife rubbed her feet with a sweetly scented oil laced with poison. Later, while having his way with her feet, he was poisoned and died suddenly. Now he suffers eternally, feet dancing inches from his face, never to touch them again, driving him to maddening sexual need, all while the most skilled torturers in hell apply their techniques to every inch of his tightly restrained body, mercilessly tickling the most sensitive areas until he can no longer draw breath to scream. They taunt and tease him without cessation, the promise of sweet relief only inches away , yet never to be felt again for all time......"
