Nah, it wasn't that. I remember seeing in the clip this one school girl sort of scoping the area out around here, I think she's moving around in a corridor, then we come to this sort of a man sucking on another schoolgirls toes, the kind of real fat perverted type, and he's really enjoying it while the girl is squealing and flailing to try and get away from him.
I downloaded it from one of the anime feet yahoo! groups, it must have been years ago now.

Actually now I think about it, I'm not entirely sure but I think it was one of the bigger groups, I think it was called toonfeet or something, it used to have a screencap of Serena from Sailor Moon's soles from one episode as the image on the front page of their group, and they were interested in all kinds of animated female feet, like Betty boop and Cardcaptors Sakura I think. I'm not entirely sure, it was so long ago.
