This clip is fun. Cara and Stephanie both get their chance at revenge on Roxy. Cara is a great tickler, but it's pretty obvious that Stephanie enjoys dishing out torture. She teases Roxy and laughs at her helplessness. When both girls start tickling at the same time, Roxy goes ballistic. The girls act as a team to maximize the tickle torture, and Roxy gets tickled everywhere.
