For me, it's the combination of the shape of her feet and the contrast of the color of her soles against her tanned skin. It makes them look like a "Happy Meal".

Oh you like that contrast of color between the top and the soles, interesting. As you well know that is often the case on the feet of an AA woman or other women with darker skin tone.
