Hey everyone:

It has been a while since I posted, so I thought I'd give y'all an update.

Lotus and I have been working like crazy on the second Bounce Chix Adventure, and so far we both totally love the way it is coming along! It is still going to be several months before we can give a realistic idea on a release date. Our focus isn't to crank out a comic as fast as possible, but to make a really fun, sexy, professional looking issue. And that takes a lot of time (especially since we both work full time).

I promise to post an update as we get closer to wrapping up BC2. Many thanks to everyone for all of the support!

Lotus and I will also post some other pics we have done within the next few months 🙂

Speaking of which - here's the scoop on the pics posted on this thread:

1.) The Hands of the Artist: A friend and fan requested a birthday pic of the lovely Andi (Happy Birthday Hawk) and this is what I came up with. It would have come out better, but Andi kept wiggling around. The Chix have a very tough time holding still during the inking process. Kind of a new slant on a very old idea. But I really like Andi's expression and the overall feel of the pic. I my even do a couple more like this, cause I kinda like the idea.

2.) Hailey Birthday: Another fun Birthday request for a huge Bounce Chix supporter. Hailey jumping out of a cake... naked. Need I say more 😛

3.) The Naughty German Babes: Another character sketch from Temple of Bounce. I absolutely loooooooooooove the way this pic came out. Lotus did a totally amazing job on the finishing work!

4.) Teeka Met: The final character from Temple of Bounce. Lotus and I did several versions of Teeka before we came up with a character, personality, costume, color scheme, that we liked. This is the final version that we decided on.

5.) Almost Teeka: This is one of the finished character sketches that we did for Teeka, that didn't quite take. Too serious, not enough personality. But I thought I'd post it just for fun 😵

A most generous selection! Teeka Met (or Mhet... which ever is the proper spelling) is a startling personality! Despite your reservations, that second depiction of her is the one I like best: clad in nicely imagined fine goldwork (and little more!); surrounded by opulent, authentic-looking Egyptian trappings; proud, a touch petulent, poised for action; the perfect build one expects on statuary, not living flesh... a lady to feed fetish fantasies across time and space! Don't get me wrong, the first one's fun too: I find her "almost page-boy cut" more pleasing than the wind-blown lavender strands; the funny scenario is a hoot; and, of course, some fine, revealing views of her feet! Very cool trademark fonts, in either example. The others are quite nice too, but Teeka's really clicked with me!

I love 'The Hands of the Artist' piece! LOL this idea never gets old! You must be a genius to be able to dual-wield paint brushes like that lol 😛 Poor Andi 😀 I'd feel sorry for her if she wasn't having such a good time 😛

Teeka Met is gorgeous! I can't say which version I like best lol. The first one looks more girly, and cutesy. The second one looks mature and sultry. I'd say Teeka developed from a lee to a ler over the centuries; perhaps she was tickled too much in her mummy-form by her worshipers... and has returned to extract some vengeance? 😛 Dunno how'd that work out tho (not really familiar with mummy myth lore).

I notice how you guys definitely had fun with the hieroglyphics on the tomb and the vase. I notice that the vase has feathers on it O_O so perhaps it has a story to tell?

What are those Hot German Babes up to? lol looks like they are plottin' something... I don't trust em >3

The second one is yummy for sho'--she seems very happy to be popping out of a cake in her birthday suit!😉

The german babes---wowza! I'd hate to be in THOSE stocks!!! O.O Those chix look like they can cause a bit of mischief for whoever does wind up there!

As for the last two, I have to, for the first time, disagree with LBH--respectfully, of course. But the first Teeka is the most interesting, she's got much more personality, as you said. And I don't personally think any of the sex appeal was lost😉

As for the Teeka Met discussion: I like the second one best (though the first one is great too) as she's really gracious and full of authority (as an Egyptian queen should be). You really don't want to mess with that second Teeka 😉

I'm also delighted that you liked her more mature/sultry version better than the final one that Lotus and I decided on. Its a great reminder that characters appeal to everyone in a different way, and I need to keep that in mind as I create the gals for future comics :laughing: Thanks LBH!

the first pic was good, incredible actually, bu the ones where your feet are included leave a lot to be desired. Don't get me wrong, the super-shapely bodies are nicely done, and the expressiond are precise, but the feet are reminiscent of Rajee, ya know?

We're into matters of taste now, I think... it's fairly obvious Bandito's mastery of technique is such that everything is as he intends it to be. It's style--no one draws feet the same way, and this is his. Either it gets you or it doesn't.

Relent: I didn't realize you were THAT friendly with Rajee's feet. Personally I have never seen Rajee's feet, LOL. Thanks for the message! Unfortunately it was incredibly unhelpful. No real feedback at all. If you don't like the way I render feet, Bummer. Its a good thing I don't create pics with you in mind. If you ever want to offer any kind of useful feedback, ie: ways I can improve, anatomy that you noticed was a bit off, suggestions for how to better approach a subject - then I'm all ears. I am always trying to get better, and welcome any CONSTRUCTIVE critique that anyone has to offer. But don't ever insult another artist (or any forum member for that matter) on one of my threads again. Got it? I happen to think Rajee has contributed a tremendous amount to the tickling community. And frankly - if you want to insult his work you might want to seriously consider improving your own style. I have seen some of your work, and you are in no position to be insulting ANY other artist. You owe Rajee an apology. Have a nice day.

Brad: Thanks dude! I appreciate the compliment and the commentary. I'm not too sure about my mastery of technique, but thank you very very much for saying so! XD. I have no isues with someone not liking my work. Can't please everyone, for sure. And I am the first to admit that I have a TON of areas for improvement. But maybe it IS just a taste thing for a lot of people. I mean - even when I look at my favorite artists of all time, there are objects, expressions, or cetain pics where I'll be totally disappointed in the way they rendered them. Oh well. I didn't say anything was wrong with your anatomical rendering; its cartoonish and charming and I have nothing against it. Also, the pics I posted were done on a paint program in about an hour. I hope to display some of my real art soon.

WOW!!! I love that first pic!!! You know I adore Andi, and this pic really favors her, she looks SOOOOOO cute. She also appears to be enjoying herself. Definitely my favorite one from this batch! The shading job on this is impressive, one of your finest works yet.

I really like the second pic, the concept of it is great, I'd sure love a cake like that for my birthday!!! Now, for the first time ever, I have a critique to make on one of your pics 😛 I think the expression on Hailey's face doesn't match the situation as well as it could, don't get me wrong, I like it, but perhaps a big smile or a screaming like mouth would help the mood of the pic. IMHO. The scenario, background and foreground gets an applause, that's for sure. Great pic really!

Those german babes... wouldn't really like to encounter them on a dark alley... or would I...? 😀 Those two are incredibly hot, blonde babes with chains and stocks, could get any better than that? :super_hap

Teeka... Damn! Well my friend, you already know what I think of this gal... so I wont go to much into this last two pics, all I will say is that my favorite of this two is the first one, which would be the one from the TOB comic, she's amazing, just lovely!
