This is a little thing that's been very popular on my other board and I thought I'd give it a shot here.

Basically, you're going to give and answer, and the person below you is going to ask the question that goes with that answer. Then, that person will leave an answer of their own. Since you don't know what the "question" is going to be, it makes for some interesting "interviews.

Since we have to start somewhere, I'll make a couple of posts to get us started, then you guys can get the hang of it and take over. Have fun!
