I was watching my DVD box set of the 1st season of "The Jeffersons" and found out there's a quick foot tickle in one of the episodes. It's the episode entitled "Former Neighbors," where George's friends from his old neighborhood come to dinner the same night George invites a snooty future business partner.
In the last part (the ending) of the episode, George is giving Louise (or "Wheezy" for those who watch the show!) a foot massage, which she enjoys. Then she laughs and says something like, "Oh no, not there George, it tickles!" and pulls her feet away. A very quick scene, but cute.
I think the show airs on TV Land so it might be something to look out for. Again, the episode is called "Former Neighbors."
