Randi Brooks as Officer Melanie Brubaker in an episode of The Last Precinct. Randi is trapped in a magic box (Saw a Lady in Half trick) and her colleague tickles her foot. I think the episode was 3 Ring Circus (at least that's what makes sense based on the situation), if so it was the 8th and apparently final episode of the show.
