Carly Gold is a competative newscaster vying for a coveted Action News Prime Time spot. However, the devious Megan Jones is also coveting the spot and is willing to do ANYTHING to get it. After a brief spat in the hallway, Carly goes on the air. Little does she know that Megan has rigged a tank of laughing gas under her desk. Soon the newscaster is laughing herself silly, unable to keep her composure a she reads the nightly news. After her humilation, the still laughing Carly runs into Megan, who wisks her away to continue her plan to ruin her competition. Megan decides some excrutiating tickling will make Carly cooperate in resigning from her job over her unprofessional behavior. Will Carly hold out?
