What: The North Texas Gathering (Tickle-Thon '07)
When: Memorial Day Weekend (Tentatively)

This year, we're doing things just a little bit different. This year, admission is FREE! That's right.... no you read that correctly. We will not charge you any door fees of any kind! You will just be responsible for your own transportation, lodging, and meals. Also if you can, we will be taking a $5 collection, to benefit the MDA and 'Jerry's Kids' (this is totally optional)

Well it's that time of year, once again. Time to start planning the 2007 North Texas Gathering, or 'Tickle-Thon 07', as it is called. Since Mike (Oddjobs) is no longer with us (No he didn't die... he moved to East Texas), I am assuming the responsibility for the planning and hosting of said event, so this year, we'll do things a little bit differently. I am looking to host this event during the Labor Day Holiday (Beginning on Friday, Ending on Sunday).
Since I am doing this myself, funds are going to be limited and stretched (If anybody would like to help sponsor this event, please contact me via private message). We'll prolly rent a 2-bedroom suite at a hotel in Dallas, like we did back in 2005. But admission will be totally FREE. That's right, we will not charge any door fees at all. If you want to chip in for pizzas, drinks, snacks, ect that's fine. But there is NO DOOR/ENTRY FEE, which is a first for us. However if you could spare $5, I am taking a collection for MDA and 'Jerry's Kids'. But that is not required

While your host/hostess will do everything possible to make your experience an enjoyable and memorable one, please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for accidents, injury, illness while you are at the party. This will be a "play at your own risk" party.
Your host/hostess cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, and/or stolen articles. Please make sure any personal articles/possessions are secure.
This is a private party and the host/hostess reserve the right to ask any person to leave if they feel that person is acting in a manner that is dangerous to himself/herself and/or others, or is acting in a manner that prohibits others in attendance from having a good time.
This party is a drug and weapon free party. Any person trying to bring weapons and/or drugs into the party will be escorted out, and if need be, the proper
law enforcement authorities will be promptly notified.
The location of the party will be kept private and confidential, to be used only by those in attendance. Even after the Gathering, please refrain from
publishing the location of the party. This will help ensure the privacy of those in attendance, as well as keeping away any "unwanted attention".
Some of the locations of the party many not allow you to bring a camera inside their properties. If they so allow the use of cameras, please obtain permission of person you wish to take pictures of. Some of the guests in attendance may be "camera shy".
Treat people with the respect and dignity that you would like them to show you.
Please request permission before engaging in “tickle play” with a person (especially a person you just met).
Some of the guests in attendance may be un-easy about their identity being revealed outside the party. We ask that you please respect each other's right to
privacy.
Your host/hostess will not be serving alcohol at the party (this is for legal reasons). Some of the Gathering sites may be deemed as "no alcohol". But should
they allow alcohol while on their properties, it will be a B.Y.O.B. event. (We will notify you on the situation before-hand). For those who smoke, there will
be designated areas for you. If this will be a B.Y.O.B. event and if you do drink, we please ask that you drink within reason as intoxication is grounds for
removal from the party.
Upon arrival at the Gathering location, you will be required to sign a waiver that states you have read the rules and agree to adhere to them
