Well; soft, mooth skin, and well formed toes(short are cool, as is anything that isn't "freakishly" long), with a nice high arch would do it for me.

The perfect female foot? I'd say a narrow dainty foot with not too short, but not too long toes and for the toes to be a little "plump", soft slender skin and high arch 😉

And no, I'm not asking for that... The foot of a person that I'd love would be more than enough, but you asked for qualities! 🙂
