Talk about a missed opportunity for a major foot-tickling!In the 90's action film "The Phantom",Catherine Zeta Jone's character comments on the boots worn by Kristy Swanson's tied up heroine,so she pulls one off to examine it, and doesn't even give a little tickle to her helpless victim's foot....

But imagine the situation involved foot-tickling,and different characters instead,such as Evil Lynn and Teela from "He-Man",or The Baroness and Scarlett from "G.I.Joe"!
