In the not-too-terribly distant future, super powers began manifesting in the human populace. Gifted with powers of strength, endurance or intelligence, the "supers" took on new identities and new lives. Soon a covert war began between those supers who used their powers for good and those who used their abilities for selfish or evil ends.
The most beloved of the supers was the Pink Tickler, whose powers derived from the helpless laughter of her victims. Once a member of the Council of Five, the group of female supers who protected Helios City, the Pink Tickler lost heart when her own ticklishness was turned against her. She retreated to deepest suburbia to live out her days as a recluse.
Now the super-villainess Drama Queen has captured the remaining members of the Council and is submitting them to the most fiendish of tickling tortures, hoping their agonized laughter will flush the Pink Tickler out of hiding. Helios City needs its favorite heroine again-but it will take a fangirl named Nadine to make Pinkie believe in her own powers again.
Colin once again teams up with the artist Ghostely, whose pneumatic cuties graced IN A TICKLISH SPOT and Bandito's FEATHERQUEST. THE PINK TICKLER is a superhero comic with a ticklish difference!
