Poe Rancaster ran feverish;y through the woods, dogs barking and s close that they could nip at his heels. Poe was a prisoner at the imfamous Wheeler Institute or Behavior. He was part of an experiemnt as his punihsment for corporate burglery. Poe kept running , then felt his foot catch on an exposed root. He went flying over and landed hard on the ground. He was knock out momentarily, but it was just enough to slow him down and let his captors circle around him. He looked up in a dissy haze and saw teh group of men standing over him. Poe tird to pretend he was still unconscious. Boss knelt down and shook him to try to wake him.
"Poe! Wake up!! He's not responding. I know how to tell if he's faking." Boss lifted up Poe's shirt and exposed his belly button. then he stook a small stick and and began stroking POe's belly button . Immediately Poe's muscles twitched and he bit his lip. One of his captors saw him do this and whispered in Boss's ear. smilng, Boss began tickling Poe's belly btton wiht a small feather. Poe couoldn't help himself and began giggling and wigglin' around in the dirt. "Stop! Stop!! It's too ticklsih there!!!" Poe spat out between giggles. He what his punishment would be. Anyone who tried to escape was stripped tied and publicly tickled. In his case, the experiemt he was participating in made him even more ticklish.
He was tied and pushed back as he walked to the Insitiute. Once there, He was cleaned up and taken to the large asembly room where all the other prisoners were assembled. A large steel frame wiht moveable wrist cuffs was rolled in and he was stripped and secured in place.
Boss stood at the podium as well as three large ticklers, all expert in tickling. Boss began to address the asembly. "This is what happens whee you try to escape from here!!!! Let the punishment begin!"
Poe closed his eyes as he waited for the first tickling touch. He didn't have to wait long. The first tickling began rib tickling him lightly at first, then more firmly. POe bucked and pulled at teh ropes and began gigglng louidly. This tickler ranhis nails into POe's underarms.making him laugh hysterically and pull hard at his bindings. the second tikcler began ticklins his belly and chest. Poe shrieked wiht ticklsih laughter as both ticklers work his bare body over with feathers brushes ansd thier own fingetips.
Poe's laughter coould be heard all over the Insitute. He thrashed and pulled vigerously at his ropes and handcuffs as his body was mercelessly tickled.
Boss shifted uncomfortably inhis chair and would let ouot a nervous giggle time to time as he was extremly ticklsih himself and watchin gthe tickle punishment was agaony for him.
The third tikcler tooka feather and began tickling Poe's ost private parts until he shrieked wiht hysterical alughter. This tikcler worked the feather over his ticklsih genitls experly. Boss continued to shift back and forth in his seat until he got a tap on teh sholder and a whisper inhis ear.
