Although it seems that there were many scenes where Penny of the heroine of "Inspector Gadget" was captured by an enemy in a tale, is there any scene where tootsie was tickled? Although not known with this sufficient work itself Penny is like "tmnt" Caitlin and is a pretty girl. Although neither the scene where Penny has removed the sneaker, nor the scene where tootsie is exposed has been seen, has she worn the sneaker without socks or are those familiar?

Unfortunately, Penny was never tickled in Inspector Gadget.
Also, I believe she wears socks in her sneakers.
There have been episodes which showed Penny barefoot, however.

Thank you for teaching. What a tickling scene does not have is regrettable. And thank you for also teaching the information of the girl who has worn the sneaker without socks. Please teach those who know the girl who has otherwise worn the sneaker without socks like Misty of "Pokemon" to me.
