The Room 101 thread..............

Okay for those of you who never saw the British TV show Room 101, here is the idea. A celebrity would come on and nominate 5 things that he or she hated with a passion. He or she would then have to convince the host to put these things, one at a time, into room 101. (Named after the horrible dungeon in 1984.) This would involve either putting something that symbollised what the guest hated (a photo or model usually) on a small conveyor belt that would go through some doors and tip off an edge, or dropping it through a trapdoor on the set. If the guest failed to get at least three things put into room 101, then something that was already in there would be let out and the guest would have to take it home with them.

So here are the rules for the TMF's Room 101. You nominate something that you hate and you want to consign to the bowels of Room 101 for all eternity. It could be a TV personality, an item of clothing, a politician, a type of car or something I havn't mentioned. You give the reasons for wanting to ban it forever from the realm of humanity. Once you've done that I will decide whether or not it goes into Room 101. If you put up a really poor argument for wanting something to go in, then something that has already been consigned to Room 101 will be freed and you'll have to take it away with you. (That'll teach you for being a mardy-arse and not giving a good enough case! LOL)

I'll start off with a nomination that's pretty certain to go in, because I run the place. 😛

I would like to nominate those bloody open-toes sandals that middle-aged men wear with bloody effing socks on! They are decidedly minging, disgusting and a seriously bad fashion statement! Any objections before I pull the lever?

Sure you can nominate people; given half a thought I'd probably nominate the bitchy old boot as well. But first things first.

There, that's them gone into Room 101. Now then Lime, make a bit of a more detailed case against poor Britney, unless you want to go home with those sandals. 😀 Tell me what you REALLY REALLY hate about her and why she should go into Room 101 ahead of anyone else who is like that.

On top of that, she has this nasty habit of repeatedly breezing by fans at public events without signing any autographs. Sorry Britney love, you may have cute toes, but you're going into Room 101!!!

I would like to put West Tele in, really I would. But you don't know what a truly fucking awful company is till you've been a customer of British Telecom. This company turned a bill ours from £300 into £750. We were outraged and had the phone cut off. Two months later the bill was now £1100 and six months afer that it was £2500!!! What an absoloute bunch of thieving bastard arseholes!!!!! Ahhhhhhhh...........that's better.

Sorry Lime, but West has gotta stay out. BT on the other hand............
