the rock delivers big!
great action, good looking stars, funny dialogue.
wonderfull mindless entertainment.

i think they had to reshoot part of it the first edit was said to be aweful...i'm glad they got it right ..i plan on seeing it...rock didnt have much oppertunity to act in the mummy 2. so this should be interesting.

I saw it last night as well, and let me tell you, IT KICKED ASS!!! but i have a question, is The Scorpion King the pre-story to the Rocks character in The Mummy Returns or is it a separate thing? anyway, this movie recieves a glowing recomendation!

I went and saw this yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't anything that's going to win an Academy Award or anything, but it was alot better than I thought it would be. Ok, so the scene where he runs behind the gong, using it as a shield, was taken right out of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, but that's forgivable.

It reminded me of the old Saturday afternoon matinees, which is a good thing. This film doesn't claim to be anything other than an action flick, and it delivers on all counts. The sorceress is an absolute BABE, and the Rock may be the next Ahnold.

I'd suggest spending a few bucks to see it.😎

it's a pre-quel

i've seen a couple interviews about the movie, and they said this is the start of the saga, and the mummy returns is the end.

remember this is pre-pyramid times. and the name of the city is gahmora(sp?)!
