The time you want a girlfriend/boyfriend

I'm quite curious for some reason...for all I know we all make different organization plan that includes finding a girlfriend or boyfriend....and have be wondering.

When do you think it's a perfect time to find a relationship? Besides what age you need to look for one.

I don't think there's a right or wrong answer to that. It's different for everyone, really. Never "too old" to try finding love, nor is "finding love" necessarily an activity one must consciously initiate. Sometimes, love just finds you. :happy:

The ideal time would be when you're financially/emotionally/physically stable.

However, our world is far from ideal. I've also been lead to believe that it's not really something you get to choose.

I think its one of those things that doesn't really work if you go looking specifically for it. Its different for everybody

When you're financially secure (or relatively so), have friends you hang out with, interesting hobbies, etc. In short, when life is good. You're an interesting person, and look like a good long term investment to that other person. Of course, if you're just looking for something short and sweet, then it's more about opportunity than anything else.

Ironically, when we might most want that special someone is under less than ideal times. When we're scared, stressed, confused, or alone. That's when we could really use someone else's love and affection, but unless you've already got that person, no one is going to want to jump into that mess. That's just life.

That's very true. Gotta have a friend first, before trying to a get something more. And you're right about that.

Also, I forgot to mention why I ask....my reason was that my goal was to find a girlfriend once I get a decent job and is well prepared for whatever might come.

If you want one, then convince yourself that you don't want one, and you'll end up finding one.

Short answer: you can Never REALLY be "well" prepared for anything, only have as big of a safety net as possible. And like everyone else seems to be saying, the best way to "find" a partner is not want one/not go looking for one. Have fun being yourself and BE CONFIDENT!! For you, that is one of the biggest attractants for women: confidence. Not arrogance or vanity, but confidence, and I don't know how to write it out anymore than that. :stickout

Enjoy being you, then your confidence and personality 'should' attract the right person to you. (Though, like Dale said, that one can 'never be too old', it 'may' take far too long for your likes. *shrug* :umm🙂

Sorry can't give you a 'cupid's arrow' to solve your dilemma, but this is real life, as disappointing as that may be. It is what it is...

You don't "plan" to find a girlfriend. You can plan to get laid, but those kinds of relationships usually end soon after the next morning.

varys some people start young 12, 13 etc. personally i didnt have an actual GF till my late teens cus i was so shy. i found lots of partying helped cure me of that : D lol. as far as when, well my last relationship i met a girl at a party she came over hung out with me n my roomate and a few others for a bit after then left, i saw her at another party one of her friends told me she thought i was hot, knowing that i immediately started talkin to her offered a smoke talked for awhile and ended up at her place that night. so really i wouldnt say i was looking for anything till the opportunity presented itself, which is usually the case, unless im trying to just get laid lol thats different 😛
