Well yeah, but, I'm talking mindset here, it couldn't be just because they want another big 57" TV for little Johnny. How does someone convince themselves that the million people working under you as a CEO for example are only worth say 9/hour (good enough wages in Minnesota, but not great), and that you are say worth 5 million/year? I mean how does someone convince themself of that? Any psychology people here?

My opinion? They figure "I've busted my ass to get here, I deserve it" and just don't think about the working class people.
