we always ask what the favorite or the best movie is,but i wanna know what you think is the WORST movie(s) you have ever seen.

i think the worst movie i ever saw was COOL AS ICE with vanilla ice,i think i got the name right.

I took my son to a "cute" Disney movie when he was about 8 called "The Glacier Fox". The previews showed a family of foxes frolicking around and enjoying life but the movie was quite different.

One by one the infant foxes were killed off through injury or hunters and the mom fox was killed as well. The entire movie was such a tear-jerker.

I nominate "The Glacier Fox" as the worst movie I've ever seen.

QB.....i rememeber seeing that on hbo once..i believe it was a documentary on the life of a family of foxes. one was blind..he got sucked into the ocean...one got caught in a trap. it was sad...but alot of them made it thru the winter...it had its good parts....i think the worst movie i ever saw would have to be "needful things" it was based on a stephen king book..i love stephen king's books, but they don't always transfer well to movies. and that movie just stunk..it completely ignored the book.

House Keeping

It is so bad it defies discription. It's about thease two girls who live with their idiot aunt after thier mom dies. If you've seen it you'll understand. If you haven't seen it, go to church and pray you never do!!! (oYo) 🙂

I would either have to go with the classicly horrible "Plan 9 From Outer Space, (remember that one?) or one I saw on USA Up All Night about 15 years ago called "Satan's Cheerleaders". Don't even think about it, cheerleader fans, it's not what you think. Yvonne DeCarlo (Lilly Munster) "starred" in it, and there is one particularly awful scene where she's supposedly getting raped outdoors (with boom mike in full view for about a good 30 seconds) and is trying to "escape" my calmly saying..."Please....no.....stop......oh no....please..."

One of those two.😎

A movie I saw on Mystery Science Theater 3000 called "Hobgoblins." Even with the jokes (hilarious as ever) the movie caused me ACTUAL PHYSICAL PAIN -- no exaggeration. One of the writers, in his online reflections, said, "You have no idea the torture it was to watch this movie three or four times in the space of a week," and I believe him.

<shudder>

:sowrong: :sowrong: :sowrong: :sowrong:

The other night we rented "Radical Jack"(new release) starring Billy Ray Cyruss(????!!!) This was truly awful, Billy is in a lead role that would normally go to Steven Seagal or Jean Claude Van Damn.😕 :zzzzz: -Drew

Almost any remake

Most remakes of movies are terrible as was my choice for recent worst picture...

Planet of the Apes.....the extra crap at the end really screwed it up.
The picture was being shown to test audiences and they decided it didnt have a really good ending(duh) so they figured that they should
film more footage and edit it in.

Yuuuchhh!

Let's see....Scarey Movie...Sly's latest (the racing one)...Hanging Up...Bridget Jones....

There are too many to count!

Worst Movies

"A.I." was horrible!! I'm still want my money and the 2 1/2 hours of my life back. That movie went on and on and on. Stupid ending.

"Scary Movie". Tacky, tasteless, lewd, rude, and crude.

"Valentine". Typical slasher movie. The victim ends up in a huge buildin all by themselves with the killer. The bikini clad girl goes out looking for what is making that metal to metal scrapping sound, and ends up getting dead. I you really want to enjoy the movie, go get the book. It is incredible!! "Valentine" by Tom Savage.

"Batman & Robin" Both movie and book were major sleepers. A waste of time and money.

"Batman Forever"--sucked. Even though it did have Nicole Kidman--it still sucked. Two-Face was totally portrayed wrong. Two-Face is expolding anger, wrath. Not a person who goofed around.

The absolute worst movie I had ever seen was called "Nightfall". It was LOOSLY based on the short story by Isaac Asimov. It was horrible. That added in all this stuff about guys who could do magic. I was in the video store on night and saw it on the shelf. I hadn't even heard that it was being made, and now I know why.

If you've never read the story (considered to be one of Asimov's best) or the novel co-written by Robert Silverberg, you really should. It's excellent. It's about this planet that is in in the middle of a solar cluster. They have 7 suns so it is never dark. But every thousand years, when only one of the suns are in the sky, an unknown moon (because they can never see it) elcipses it. The people then all freak out and riot. A theme of religion versus science runs through the whole thing. The short story stops just after the eclipse, but the novel follows up after the tragedy.

just saw pooty tang....big waste of time
freddy got fingered......when it started it looked funny,it was all downhill from there.there were a few laughs, but it still is one of the worst ever

Any movie with Sean Connery in a SUPPORTING role. For example, the "Highlander" movies and "The Avengers".

Obviously, what happened was that the first cut was previewed and everyone agreed that the movie SUCKED LIKE AN ELECTROLUX. "Shit!" said the director. "We'd better hire Sean Connery, maybe HE can pull this one out of the toilet."

If any of you have had the misfortune of seeing Left Behind...

...My God... what a load of bullshit Xian propaganda THAT was.

That's the worst thing I ever saw.

what a great thread.....

I think the worst thing I have ever seen was "Pink Flamingos" ,which is a john watters movie with that scary transvestite Divine in it. I have no idea why this movie was ever made. it made me want to die.

close seconds would have to go to "first wives club" and "sleepless in seattle"

first wives club was obviously someone just unloading their baggage onto the movie screen, which would be ok if the main characters werent so detestable.

and I know a lot of people like sleepless in seattle, but I think movies like this actually do more damage than violence in movies. people actually expect things to happen like this in their lives, and are often disappointed with something more realistic that is actually a good relationship. please hollywood get rid of the notion of "perfect love" before you kill us all.

just my $5 worth of input.

PS: God I love mystery science theater, wish it was on every night like it used to be on Comedy Central .....those were the days.

The worst movie I have seen recently was Blue Streak with Martin Lawrence. As soon as it was over I said "Well that's an hour and a half I'll never get back." At least it was on TV and I didn't have to pay to see it. What was Luke Wilson doing in that? He should stick to making films with Wes Anderson.

Dave 2112 - I am rather fond of Plan 9, especially Criswell's speech at the end. It's just so bad it's ... actually still quite bad. I guess you have to be in the right mood.

Prolly the worst movie I have ever seen is "Meet the Parents." It was supposed to be so hilarious, but alas, the writers failed miserably. I'm supposed to find it amusing that the guys name sounds like "Fucker" ? The only people I know that liked the movie were in Juniour High.

not to contest you or anything alex, but everyone I go to grad school with loved meet the parents, you are actually the only one I have ever heard not like it.

to each their own.

🙂

Personally, I think "The Untouchables" is an exception to the Connery-in-supporting-role theorom Strel posed. If only for his terrific speech: "He pulls a knife, you pull a gun. He puts one of your men in the hospital, you put one of his in the morgue! That's the Chicago way, that's how you get Capone!"

The Chicago way, indeed. 😀

i'd like to change my vote....i agree with drunkenmstr i just saw "freddie got fingered" and quite frankly i believe tom green should be banned from ever being able to get in front of a camera again...or behind one..and anywhere near one....as a matter of fact he should be shot into outter space and banned from the planet earth....anyone that thinks this may be going to far should see the movie...but if you try to watch it..my prayers go with you.
