...they use the whole bird wing!
Front cover of a Japanese rope bondage digest-sized mag from the mid-70's. While there isn't technically any tickling going on, I thought it might fit here because there is no doubt of that wing's intended use. I think this little magazine is the only time I've ever seen a whole wing meant for tickling quite like this.
