THinking about starting my own tickle site someday

So I was wondering if anybody out there would have advice for me as to how to contact people, how much to pay the models (per hour or just base sum), and anything having to do with this.

You should get a free host for the most part. If you do that, then that will be a load of money in your wallet.

Girls/Males to tickle
The best way to find people to tickle, is to advertise. If you live near any metro stations, you can post ad's on the fronts of the station entrances so that the persons will see the sign. Note, it must be in a place where they can see it!!

Pay
This is a tricky one. Depending on the area in which the person lives, they will accept a certain amount of pay. I live in a community populated with african americans, and I go to areas where the girls are both very ticklish, whilst at the same time, will accept low pay. In other words, I go to the Ghetto, where I find Ghetto Girls.
I pay them $10.30 per video. I am going to make them two hours long. Any other questions im me. I may be a beginner, but I have everything planned out.

5.15 per hour?! Wow, you're either very lucky at finding people willing to do hard work for minimum wage or really do look in ghettos. 😛

I do. Ghetto Girls are in my opinion, the most ticklish females on earth. It is just something about the Ghetto, that does it to them. I had a friend who lived in a wealthy neighborhood, she wasn't ticklish at all. But her family went broke and they moved to the Ghetto, and a week later, she was more ticklish than a mine. Luckily, I am not a girl in a Ghetto, with a vampiric Tickle Monster after them.

Well I live near a fairly good sized college town (not gigantic but it is pretty big) and there really isn't a ghetto. I don't think anyone here would go for 10.13 an hour lol.

What about contacting models that advertise around town? Is that off limits and I should just stick to advertising myself?

Well, if you want to start out inexpensively, advertise for yourself, and make it seem great the way you are doing it.
Models are a pain in the wallet in my opinion.
