This morning I picked up a lady in a wheelchair and her friend. While getting the chair hooked up, her friend tells me that while the lady in the wheelchair was waiting outside a store for her, some low life, scum sucking human debris stole the poor woman's backpack and purse. How low can you go, stealing from someone in a wheelchair? I hope these cowards are caught and sent to prison for a long time.
