Actually, Griz...you can use animation shop to do them if you have the patience for making your own. I'm not sure if it comes with paint shop pro or if it's something bought seperately. I'm pretty sure that's what Tracy (Venraya) used to do a few...like the stocks and the dom. You can start with an existing smilie and work around it if you like shortcuts.
