Have you heard about this? Some scientists are saying that if you deprive yourself of sleep (less than 8 hours a night) that you will longer than your well rested friends.
What is this. For years they've been telling us that your body needs to rest for 8 hours a night to reduce stress. It's also supposed to reduce your risk of heart disease (for some reason), not to mention all the psychological reasons why we need sleep.
So, you'll live longer, but you'll be stressed out of you mind, you'll have 4 heart attacks by the time your 50, you'll be insane, AND you'll be cranky. Who the hell wants to live longer like that?
