Those Crazy Codreanus (**/ff)

Fresh off the presses! Inspired by a sudden wealth of the subject, I took a shot at a mother/daughter piece. Having such a pairing handy amongst my characters, it was all too easy to get Ryalia and Shayden into this particular brand of trouble. Isn't family togetherness wonderful? And as they say, "The family that laughs together..." ... something.

In case you hadn't heard, Codreanu was Shayden's maiden name. She went back to using it following her divorce. And Rya's in no position to say she doesn't use it. 😉

And whoever could those two mystery ticklers be? Man... I'm stumped.

This is a lovely piece bud! First off because it feels like a life time since you've done any tickling work but secondly because it demonstrates your improvement in art - on this piece, more so, on the shape of the heads and the delicacy of the colouring. 🙂 There is something warming and tingly about this scene that would deter me, or any observer, from hastening to inervene. Let their giggles reign. 🙂

Many thanks, kiddo! I found myself using a couple of reference pics to get the feet just right. The rest just fell into place.

I like to think I'm good with characters. It's amazing what a few subtle changes can do. Like make two very similarly designed characters look 20 or 40. 😉
