I thought this would be a good thread to start because we all probably had our share of them. Either we were too chicken shit to act on them at the time or something else got in the way. Well I had a few at my old resturaunt job. We all use to hang out after we worked. Just sitting around talking about nothing. This one woman who was a real lush, a whiny type. She could not bear standing up for five hours straight and always would complain how her feet hurt. She would always dangle her shoes on and off while we talked. One day she slipped her open toed shoes off and did one of those foot flexing stretche that just invite people to tickle, she then rested her feet on the chair across from her which was inches away from my hands. I was a couple drinks in and she was also too, so I almost gave a quick stroke to her soles, I don't know why I did not? Another time I missed was when I was on a date, and the girl brought me back to meet her roomates we were all talking and watching tv on the couch. She had her barefeet stretched out. I did not act on my thoughts feeling that if I did it she would think I was a freek. So we had a good convo instead. For some reason even though we both had a great time together nothing came out of it. It is ashame because she had really cute feet and toes. Another recent time was a few weeks ago when a girl I went out with. We went for a walk and she got a splinter stuck in her foot so I volunteered to help get it out, but this time I was smarter. We sat down on a bench and helped get it out. It was not in to deep so I simply pulled it out. I had her foot in my lap and said are you ticklish, and she replied no? I could tell that she was lying because her feet were twichting when I was pulling it out. She was doing the foot flexing. It drove me crazy, it is ashame that I did not feel too much chemistry besides her feet.

I missed a perfect opportunity at work once. This woman I work with, a very attractive young blonde, was reaching across a table to reach something. When she did, her t-shirt rode up. I had the perfect chance to tickle her sides, but copped out. I was kicking myself in the butt for a week.

You'd better be careful about taking every "opportunity" you see.

Where I used to work there was a guy who was always poking and messing with this gal.

He said he was just trying to tickle her. She said he was trying to lift up and shirt and touch her inappropiately.

He ended up being reported and the police were called. Not to mention almost getting his butt kicked by a gang of guys.

This is a true story, so just have a clear understanding. You may think because a girl goes barefoot in front of you, or dangles her shoes, or wears clothes that always show her belly button and underarms that it's an open invitation for you to help yourself and touch her.

That simply isn't always the case!

Still, it can be uber-frustrating when you have someone right there, practically begging for it...
For instance, a bunch of us used to go to a bar across the street after working the graveyard shift(it was nice having a place we could go and have afew at 7A.M.). Well, my friend, Teeza*, somehow picked-up on the fact that I dig pretty feet and would take off her shoes and plant those puppies on the stool facing me and, on one occassion, right in my lap. I did lightly stroke her soles once, and got no reaction(!!!). She just smiled and said she wasn't ticklish at all. AAAaaarrgh! Still, she's a hottie and a dear friend with way cute feet...

Another time, years ago, I was working in an import shop(kinda like a Pier 1, for those familiar with the chain), and a cutie took me totally offguard when she said, "I bet Bill would like it if we tied him up and tickled him with the ting-ting strings"(ting-tings are a kind of artificial frond used in floral arrangements). I was speechless! How she knew with my never having let on, I'll never know. I never approached her about the idea because she was married to a psychopath.🙁

Another occassion, a Domina friend invited me to her Halloween S&M party, and, she really wanted me to strip and allow myself to be tied to a pole in this roomful of complete strangers. Somehow, I got the inkling that she'd let on to more than afew that I was into being tickled. Anyway, I declined. I had an injured wrist that I didn't want to agravate, and also had to go into work later, which kinda put a damper on things for me. All in all, guess I'm glad I didn't, but it coulda been the ultimate, too. Ya' never know!

In regards to the good doctor here: you know you're really living when life presents you so many opportunities. That is, opposed to sitting in a room twenty four seven, in front of a monitor, DREAMING of opportunities.
I've had so many missed opportunities that they're a blur. I've developed a very fine sense of propriety, and it keeps me from getting in trouble. I just seem to know when it's right and when it isn't, unlike that aforementioned schlub who got in trouble with that girl at work.
I guess the ones that stick out the most right now is a girl I sat in front of in Spanish class back in Sophomore year. A friendly, beautiful girl, who, like most girls, wore revealing shoes when the weather was warm enough. To this day, I don't know why I never reached down to pluck grapes from the vine. That would've been something. Another was when I worked at Great Adventure, back in my Senior year. I was there with this girl from my high school, very nice, physically IDEAL (those of you who know me, understand what that means), who I worked side by side with, and for some reason, I was just scared to death of even trying. Basically my mindset at the time, if I worked with her later, I definitely would've given her a try, and I know she wouldn't have minded. She was very special, a very adorable girl, and whoever married her was probably the luckiest guy in the world.
I guess most of us have these stories to tell. If we're not the type to just isolate ourselves from the rest of the world, that is.

All I can say is that I pass up tickling opportunities every day!
Golden opportunities too.
HOWever, tickle OFFER opportunities are another story. Those I will and have never let slide by.

I'm reminded of the time two buddies and I were in the dorm room of a gal pal. It was well known that one of the guys grew up with an infamous tickle torture method his older brothers employed called "the rack". Basically, one grabs the arms and pulls, the other grabs the ankles, then tickling ensues. So we're talking and one of the guys says we should put her on the rack, but she doesn't know what that is. He assures her it's like a massage and it feels good. Now I knew from previous little games and what not that she was wicked ticklish. So they stretch her out on the floor and give me the "ok NOW" look... and I just froze. About a second into it she figured it out and squirmed free, but if I'd jumped in they would have held her down. *sigh*

On the subject of tickle-desire inducing actions, once I was on a flight and there was the brightest eyed, smilingest flight attendant. She was really friendly and making jokes with her coworkers, then she came over to the overhead compartment above my seat to pull out blankets or something and she's in the dress that's ALMOST sleeveless and reveals most of her underarm. It crossed my mind then... but when I saw her working her way up the aisle towards me closing the overhead bins. *sigh* In a perfect world I'd get thrown of the plane for NOT letting a finger glide into her armpit! LOL

One time though, when I was 17, I was visiting a friend, she had to step out but her big sister hung out with me. While we we're talking, she stretched out her legs and rested her barefeet on a stool....right in front of me! Her soles were so gorgeous! And I did nothing!
