Actually Chris and I get along quite well. He puts out one of the best products out there and I let him know when he does well or poorly. I have helped Chris when his company was having troubles and Chris is one CLASS act.

As for Dave, if you had half his professionalism and the respect from the models he gets you might have a good company. Dave is the bomb and well respected by everyone, including models who don't seem to like you. I am a proud member of Dave's Sites.

Now back to Diana:

1: She isn't all that tall, 5 feet 8 at the most.

2: She is not a former Dominatrix. That's a myth that she lets others spread. She's never been a Dom. She's never been a Playboy model, she's never been virtually most of the stuff she claims to be. She looks dominating, she's a great trash talker but she has never been a Dom and wouldn't even know how to begin being one.

3: She isn't ticklish in the least.

This thread concerns Chris and one of his few terrible products with a woman who admits to being barely ticklish.

He knows I support and like most of his other work and tries hard to address the shortfalls. In this case he overreached, hired a model who is gorgeous but has a bad boob job, a model who most legitimate (and no Tickling Producers are not legitimate well except JW Ties) will not hire and he ended up with a fake product. When he sticks to the challenges with the girl next door types he does great, even for the repeat ones. When he hires models who do not fit that bill and will fake any reaction for dollars paid he doesn't do well. Thankfully he's only done that in this case.

So far as the others here is a suggestion: Why don't you watch how the professionals do it and learn from them. Get real ticklish girls, really tickle them. Keep your descriptions straight and to the point and not wish lists. When offered bonafide input accept it.

See what I mean? BTW I am not banned by TickleTheater. Have never held a judge and I do all my reviews based on objective criteria. The subject of this thread, Ticklechallenge has never had an issue with anything I have ever posted and Chris has always found me to be very fair. The difference between Chris and this producer is professionalism. Chris has it in abundance, Zentickling does not.

Can you imagine Kink.com, or dungeoncorp or Severe Society or Charlee Chase, ie the quality producers treating a customer in this fashion?

It is perfectly legal for me to obtain content and trade it for other content provided I do not do it for commercial gain. A simple explanation would be buying a video game then either trading it in for another game or selling it at Game Stop. The same applies to content downloaded from the internet. Once I download your content I do in fact have ownership rights AND can legally TRADE for others content. What I cannot do is simply post it here and I would not do that to any producer. I can retrade that content if I like. I have stole nothing, I bought content from Kink.com, an individual wanted to try their content prior to becoming a member, he had some of your videos, we traded, he became a member of Kink.com and I elected to review your videos and not buy any. Again perfectly legal. Prior to making the trade I contacted Kink, from whom I bought the content and in the interest of getting a customer they said sure have fun. It was not legally required for me to do so, I did it out of respect for them. Trading video content is NOT illegal.

As the Doctor said, Chris obviously has no issue at all with this thread, then again he understands professionalism. I have bought videos outside of here from Chris under the understanding I will never share them. If someone asked me for your videos I would not blatantly say here have them unless they offered a legal trade in return. Then again I deleted the Zentickling videos as a waste of good space plus they had fulfilled their purpose that being giving me a chance to writer an honest review.

Now if a major company like Kink doesn't have an issue with that practice why should you? Try learning some professionalism, Chris and Dave Mack would be good teachers.

If you trading in a game at GameStop you cannot go back home and continue playing the game. If you're trading digital content there is nothing stopping you from making dozens of copies and retaining one for yourself. That is theft. I highly doubt you delete all of the files you 'trade' to others. People like you are the reason smaller producers die out so quickly.

Legally I can copy the video and trade in the one I bought and still play the game. That is perfectly legal by copyright law. Again the idea is intent.
So far as videos I have traded for, if I like the video I keep it. If I don't I delete it. Only an idiot buys a video first if he can avoid it. It's perfectly legal. The real issue is Small Producers do not understand copyright law. The big ones do.

If I took your videos and uploaded them to xhamster or xvideos I am clearly violating your copyright to your material as I am doing so with the intent to distribute. If I trade video content with a few private collectors I am well within my rights to do so. When I elect to do this I do it on a minute for minute basis, the individual wanted an 80 minute Kink video, he sent me 80 minutes of your videos. He got the better end of the deal but that's ok. If someone said he wanted 20 minutes of your videos I would tell him what do you have for me? It won't happen as I have deleted the videos I obtained.

Dave Mack is not be any means a large producer, He's a one man operation like you yet he does incredible work and he's going to be able to RETIRE from the proceeds from his membership sites. He also shoots with some of the biggest names in Fetish and to a person they love working with Dave. Why? He treats them fairly, he keeps his mouth shut when they tell him something, and he keeps the frivolous descriptions to a minimum. His work sells itself. Also when a customer tells Dave he missed the mark he asks why do you think so? What could I have done better? Chris has the same good attributes which is why eventually his website will hit it big, provided he sticks to what works and avoids what he did in this sequence of videos. Again Ultimate professionals AND Small time producers. Kink.com was started in a BEDROOM of a grad student. He didn't whine when people knocked his product, he asked how can I make it better. He accepted the bad reviews and learned from them. That's what a professional producer does whether his company is large or small.

Anyone can take my words as they will. It is their right but I do stand by my reviews as being honest and fair.
