I know in NYC there is fortress (https://fortressnyc.com/) and pandora's box (https://pandorasboxny.com/) while not a "tickle dungeon" I know that in pandora's box tickling is a service offered by some of the staff. Granted it looks quite different these days so definitely ask about services. There used to be switches/submissives though now it looks to be all mistresses.
