What would you do if you are with a friend who you like watching tv and he/she is laying on the couch with barefeet facing you? Just wanted to know your opinion..

Since you have a great opportunity it would be best not to waste it. There are two steps to this process.

First I would run my finger along her soft sole. She will either giggle with delight or kick out in protest. If she giggles with delight then they have extended and invitation to continue. In that case I would grab one of her feet and tickle it. If she is in a playful mood at that point her soles would be tickled, her tops would be kissed and her toes would be gently sucked. All done while she continues to giggle and laugh.

On the other hand if she kicks out in protest there is still hope. I would offer up a quick apology. Something like, "Sorry, I couldn't resist" Then I would politely say, "Since you didn't like that, I probably shouldn't do this..." At that point I would grab her foot and tickle it gently. I would ignore her protests for a few minutes and continue to tickle her. Of course I know I would have to stop tickling her so as not to piss her off too much, but I would enjoy every second of the ride. 😉

Ticklish soles are a terrible thing to waste. If her bare soles were facing me, and I wanted to "test the waters", (and I didn't know if she enjoyed having her feet tickled), I'd start by giving her a non-tickling gentle foot massage. If she enjoys that (I'd judge her reaction), then I might lightly tickle her feet. Tickling is so pleasurable, and I enjoy giving pleasure. So, I'd tailor my approach to what she seems to like best.

Depends on how good of friends I am with this person.

If we were just acquaintences, I would probably just ignore it. I MIGHT give foot rubs if we were close friends though, all depends on my mood 😉

I'd agree that going with a light, caressing kind of tickle (very light at first) and then playing it by ear from there is the best way to go.

I'm in upstate NY, but very close to the PA border (15 miles).

Me, I would try not to bother, if she's in a bad mood. However, if by any chance she tempt me to tickle her feet (and if she says please), then I would do it. But since I live in brooklyn, I don't think it would be possible. 🙁

I was thinking the same thing as sportsguy , because I like giving
massages . If you could use lotion during the massage , you could
push your fingers between her toes and (innocently) cause a reaction.
