Tara finds herself locked in the stocks again, this time in her bra and panties. Her ticklish size 7.5 feet are toetied and immobile. She’s nervous, and with good reason – she could barely handle being tickled by Kelli, and now she’s going to have to deal with Kelli AND Mr. Intensive!

When her tormentors move onto her upperbody, they each take an arm and spider their fingers in the hollows of her armpits, forcing Tara to scream with laughter! Her ribs and stomach are tickled as well, but her pits and feet really get her screaming, and that’s where Kelli and Mr. Intensive concentrate their efforts. Kelli is especially cruel to Tara, making great use of her nails on both her feet and pits.
The two ticklers aren’t satisfied until they tickle the poor redhead to the point of exhaustion. Tara is left giggling and gasping, unable to stop laughing even after the tickling is over.
